Current academic research partners include Intel Corporation, SRI International, Microsoft, Phillips LumiLED, VentureWell, and the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation. Graduating students have been placed at Silicon Valley technology companies including Adobe, Autodesk, Cisco, Google, Intel, Microsoft, and Electronic Arts, while DMA graduate students have gone on to teach at universities including UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, University of Nevada, Reno, and the National University of Singapore.
